What AllForTraveler is and how to use it

A walkthrough of the directory: how places, programs, apps and communities are organized, how reviews and vouches work, and how to add what you know.

AllForTraveler is a directory for travel creators. One place to answer the questions that eat your planning time: where to film, which tools to use, which programs pay, and where your people are. This is a walkthrough of how it is organized and how to get the most out of it.

Places you can actually film

The places directory is not a list of tourist attractions. Each entry carries the details a creator cares about: whether cameras and drones are welcome, when the light is good, what the vibe is, and what other creators found when they went. The map shows everything geographically, which is the fastest way to plan a shooting day in a city you do not know yet.

Every place shows its creator-friendly status, and that status comes from reviews, not from us.

Programs, compared properly

The programs directory lists travel affiliate programs with the terms that matter visible up front: commission, cookie window, payout type, network. Comparing programs usually means opening every company's terms page; here it is one table. If you are new to affiliate income, this article explains how the whole thing works.

Apps and communities

Apps is the tool shelf: eSIMs, booking, editing, money. Each entry has honest pros and cons from people who used it on the road, not a feature list copied from the app store.

Communities lists groups worth joining, by city and by topic. A good local group answers questions no directory can, so we point you to them instead of pretending to replace them.

Reviews and vouches

Anything in the directory can be reviewed. Two things make our reviews different:

  • A vouch counts. You do not have to write an essay or pick a star rating. "I was there, it is legit" is a valid review, and plenty of the most useful ones are exactly that.
  • Posts are proof. If you made content about a place, you can attach the post to your review. Readers see the actual reel from the actual spot, which beats any star rating.

Reviews from the community go through a quick approval step before they are published, which is how the directory stays clean without being closed.

Contributing

The directory grows one contribution at a time. If you know a place, app, program or community that belongs here, add it. You will need to sign in first, which takes seconds, and your name gets attached to what you add, so your contributions build your presence here too.

Who this is for

Travel creators first: the details we track are filming details, monetization details, community details. But most of it is useful to any traveler who plans carefully, and browsing is free with no account.

We are starting from Rio and growing city by city. If your city is not covered yet, you can be the reason it is.
